Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Satreskrim Polres Gowa harus menghentikan penyelidikan terhadap remaja bertelur bernama Akmal. Hal ini karena remaja berusia 15 tahun itu ditengarai mengalami gangguan jiwa.
Keputusan itu diambil oleh kepolisian setelah memeriksa sedikitnya tujuh saksi untuk mengungkap penyebab warga Desa Mangempang, Kecamatan Bungaya, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan itu bisa bertelur.
"Penyidikan melakukan pemeriksaan lebih dari tujuh saksi. Termasuk saudara A (Akmal) dan orangtuanya serta kembarannya, juga pamannya dan tetangganya, kita juga memeriksa tim dokter yang memeriksa A (Akmal) pada tahun 2015 dan 2018, dan tambahan satu dokter spesialis kejiwaan Rumah Sakit Syech Yusuf," kata Kapolres Gowa, AKBP Shinto Silitonga, Sabtu, 3 Februari 2018, saat ditemui di Posko Resmob.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan itu, Shinto mengatakan penyidik menarik kesimpulan bahwa Akmal, remaja bertelur itu mengalami gangguan emosi dan perilaku hingga gangguan kejiwaan.
"Sesungguhnya yang bersangkutan ini mengalami gangguan emosi dan perilaku di mana kondisi intelektual yang tidak sesuai dengan usianya. Lalu disimpulkan juga bahwa saudara A mengalami gangguan kejiwaan yang terkait dengan emosi dan perilaku tersebut," dia menjelaskan.
Menurut Shinto, salah satu indikator gangguan emosi dan perilaku ini adalah ketika Akmal merasa bahwa dirinya bertelur, padahal fenomena seperti itu tidak mungkin bisa dilakukan oleh manusia.
"Itu yang diidentifikasi dari dokter spesialis kejiwaan," sambung dia.
Sementara terkait dengan hasil rontgen yang menggambarkan adanya telur di dalam tubuh Akmal, polisi dan dokter menduga Akmal sengaja memasukkan telur itu ke dalam tubuhnya. Pasalnya, posisi telur yang berada tidak jauh dari lubang anus.
Dugaan tersebut terkait dengan penjelasan dr. Ratnah Hafid mengenai kondisi remaja bertelur itu. Ratnah menjelaskan bahwa setelah difoto rontgen, posisi telur yang ada di dalam tubuh Akmal berada di bagian usus besar.
"Posisi telur di bawah, di bagian rektum. Rektum itu saluran usus besar tempat penampungan tinja sebelum keluar, iya di situ," jelasnya.
Ganjaran untuk Akmal
Karena gangguan kejiwaan yang dialami oleh Akmal, aparat kepolisian akhirnya terpaksa menghentikan penyelidikan terhadap kasus remaja bertelur tersebut.
"Pelakunya, berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan yang diduga adalah saudara A sendiri namun karena mengalami gangguan kejiwaan maka kita hentikan penyelidikannya. Dan kita sudah menemukan jawabannya," jelas Shinto.
Meski menduga bahwa pelakunya adalah Akmal sendiri, Shinto mengaku tidak dapat menjatuhkan hukuman kepada Akmal karena gangguan kejiwaan yang dialaminya.
"Tetapi karena gangguan kejiwaan sesuai dengan pasal 44 KUHP tidak dapat dituntut secara pidana," ungkapnya.
Shinto pun mengimbau agar masyarakat tidak lagi mempermasalahkan fenomena manusia bertelur ini, apalagi mengaitkan hal ini dengan sihir atau santet.
"Kami dari pihak penyidik, terutama Polres Gowa mengimbau kepada masyarakat bahwa hal-hal yang sifatnya tidak bisa diterima logika agar dikesampingkan dan tidak terikut dalam fenomena yang berbau magis. Karena secara keilmuan sudah disimpulkan bahwa tidak mungkin manusia bertelur dan perteluran yang dimaksud dialami oleh anak yang mengalami gangguan jiwa," dia memungkasi.
Setelah Vakum 3 Tahun, Akmal Bertelur Lagi
Sebelumnya, Akmal, remaja berusia 15 tahun asal Desa Mangempang, Kecamatan Bungaya, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, berhasil menghebohkan warga sekitar kampung halamannya karena mengaku kembali mengeluarkan telur pada Minggu malam, 18 Februari 2018.
Malam itu, Akmal berhasil mengeluarkan dua butir telur yang mirip telur ayam ras dari lubang anusnya di Rumah Sakit Syech Yusuf setelah Puskesmas di sekitar rumahnya tak mampu menangani Akmal karena keterbatasan tenaga medis dan peralatan medis.
Beberapa hari setelahnya, tepatnya pada Selasa, 20 Februari 2018 siang, Akmal kembali mengeluarkan sebutir telur saat dirinya sedang buang air besar di toilet rumah sakit tempat ia dirawat.
Sebenarnya, kejadian aneh ini telah dialami Akmal sejak bulan Juni 2015 silam. Dalam kurun waktu lima bulan, sedikitnya Akmal berhasil mengeluarkan 18 butir telur dari dalam tubuhnya. Namun, kala itu telur yang dikeluarkan Akmal lebih mirip telur ayam kampung.
